If you are not happy about your care, you can make a complaint.

We need to know.

What happened?

What you want us to do?

How we should communication with you.

What happens next

We will write to you to say that we recognise you are not happy with your care.

We will look at the problem, what we can do to help and how to make things better.

We will tell you what we are going to do.
