Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai

Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai opened in 2007 in Dubai Healthcare City as the first international branch of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, the world's oldest and one of the largest centres for ophthalmic treatment, teaching, and research.

The hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) and the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards International (ACHSI). It has also been awarded Centre of Excellence status by ACHSI, becoming the first ophthalmology provider in the Middle East to receive this recognition. These accreditations reflect Moorfields Eye Hospital Dubai’s commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care, safety and clinical governance, in line with the clinical heritage of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London.
